I bought 2 different routers, each one I tried port forwarding, DMZ, etc. and yet no luck at all.. until i got a Netgear N600 Wireless Dual Band. I didn't have any NAT type problem afterwards, so I'd have to say you might need a new router.. Just thought I'd share what I experienced, hope i helped.
