has anyone had the problem, after the v3.0 update, they change their avatar and it says you can download premium avatars in the PSN store. I checked the PSN store and couldn't find them.

Are they ever out yet?

I looked for that aswell once the update had finished.
I have yet to find out what happened to it or where it is.

(Dope sigs, especially the 2nd one! Best one I've seen so far.)

They just added the support for new/premium avatars. None have been released.
