has anyone had the problem, after the v3.0 update, they change their avatar and it says you can download premium avatars in the PSN store. I checked the PSN store and couldn't find them.

It is truly stupid you gotta pay for them but I have like $4 in my wallet for spending on little things like these so I don't mind if they are like 50 cents or something.
