The feature will be added in Firmware update 3.10, we were told.

Cross-title chat is consistently one of the most asked-for features on PS3 – looks like Sony’s ready to deliver.

@Blatent: TBH, I'd rather not have it like that. 12 noobs in the same lobby blasting music through a bluetooth that hears even mouse squeaks? Gets annoying. Maybe if it was enabled on single player only.
