I am error
(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); So, heres my situation, sony gives 10$ to the loyal customers, but most werent loyal? I have 2 PS3 i bought one on launch day for 800$ and i bought the other on PS Slim launch day for 300$. I've owned all of the PS systems since PS1 (including handhelds) i have over 40 ps3 discs and i've spent over 400$ on the ps store plus i have all of the sony official gear(headsets,PS Move,etc.)

I dont mind not reciving 10$, its just the fact that they label me as not loyal?

So i e-mailed the PS support team to ask why im not "loyal", heres what they said...

atleast you could've got the $10, the UK didn't get anything and people here are just as 'Loyal'

They should really watch the use of the term Loyal as it can insult most owners who had been more loyal to them the past 5-6 years.

You have to spend 50$ on PSN store to receive 10$ back. Also, I think this is for North America only.

Funniest thing that just happen so I posted on the forum of PlayStation about the subject and found out that they are all A-holes who doesn't bother to read previous posts and assume everything even after I gave a long explanation to my reason. Worst part they locked my thread trying to shut me up. Great community huh. ^^

I'm a Plus member and me and my family always buy PSN games and rent movies from the PSN. I did not receive $10. It must just be for people who have major decreased activity to try to get them back to the PlayStation store. I understand that Sony also has deals where you spend a certain amount of money at once and then you get $5.00 or $10.00 back, but that's different than this.

I have my main account which i had since the launch of the ps3, and I've wasted more than $200+ and have like 40 games, but i didn't get anything.
