There are certain users that are receiving this voucher through the PlayStation Network message system and personal email because they qualified for a specific promotion. While every PlayStation consumer is very important to us, this is a special promotional offer, and unfortunately, we are unable to issue additional vouchers to users who didn't already receive them.
While we are not able to disclose the exact criteria we had used for this promotion, we can say that select active Sony Entertainment Network users were chosen to receive these messages that included a credit for their Sony Entertainment Network Wallet as part of this special promotion on February 20th.
