you cant change the MAC Address on the PS3. My little brother hacked someones account and used his money to buy stuff from the Playstation Store, and got permanently banned. The only 2 ways to get your account or PS3 unbanned is to either buy a new PS3 or pay the money u spent from that person, with money order and send it to Sony in California.

i had this exact error code and it was only a month ban so you shud be ok you dont need to delete the things
