My whole console is banned so i cant make a new account! Is there anyway i can get unbanned or get back online without an Xbox360?

They don't ban your MAC Address, they ban your console ID, your MAC address doesn't get seen by anything past your router.

WOW,
One person who knows what they are talking about.
This guy is correct they do not ban a Mac Address, and the mac address cannot be seen past the router. Mac is only valid in LAN not WAN.
And yes it is the Console ID that gets banned.
Now for all the people that said you cannot change the mac address, you are kind of right. You can not change the mac address, but you can spoof. There are two easy ways but they are wastes of time since they do not ban the mac address.
(for the people who want to know how, Simply buy a game adapter, and it plugs to the ethernet hole on the ps3 then you hook up to your wireless and bam you are using the Mac Address of the game adapters Nic, OR you can simply download DD-WRT firmware for your router and then clone your pcs mac address. both wastes of time you will still be banned)
As far as the error code, It can mean either perma banned or month ban, usually a call to sony will clear it up. However in your case being a theif, you have probably gotten a perma ban.
Your best scenario is to trade/buy another ps3!

If u have access to linux on your ps3 you can change the mac adress which is physical address for your ps3. But i doubt you have access to linux, just pointing out, mac addresses can be changed.

A console ban is gonna be the least of your worries when you drop the soap!
What they should do is give your home address to the person who's money you stole.
