no it doesn't i have tried many times. it usually just freezes your ps3 up. but you can play online with it while bypassed.

if i did this whilst usig the RFOM bypass would it work?
and then would i still have it when i go on normal mw2?

No I have tried many times with rfom bypass and no luck, they just don't work aanymore. And sometimes they do stick but you can't play anyone, it just freezes up on you
