40 perks would be beast. and better if they were pro. but 3 guns is a lot to handle aswell. i would die instantly with 38 extra ones. i always have a pistol as my secondary because if i run into a tight situation, i just whip that out. and it's a lot faster to pull out than regular guns, so akimbo desert eagles are 2hit kills and you can bull them out in under half a second. i love em.
