But uploading child pornography is against international laws, and oh wait! Uploading to the internet = uploading to cyberspace. If child porn is against the law, then OMG!!! cyberspace/internet has rules! You want to know more things about the internet? It's illegal to hack, ddos, sell illegal materials, among other things. What happens if you do? You can face prison time. But why? Because the internet is guarded by federal and international laws. But, how can that be so if the internet has no rules?
