I'm scared now lol. Does anyone know anyone that has gotten it on a Slim verison ps3?

my dad fixed mine. you have to heat the motherboard up 2 a certain temperature.

I think the slim was re-designed to let more heat out and run at a lower temp.... if I remember correctly. I have not read any over heating stuff on the slim yet myself. I've had mine since Sept 2009. Played many hours on it already (7+ days on MW2 alone) with no issues

All is okay now , i found out that i had a three month repair warranty when i sent it the 1st time to TCR, they have agreed to fix it AGAIN for free XDXDXDXDXD

I have had 3 PS3s but the insurance covered it.

Well it depends what conditions you keep it in, and how much dust and such gets into the PS3.

I think alot of dust is in my PS3 but i cant help that or can i???
