They seriously need to pay attention to the simplest of things: Include CUSA codes sent in for games which are already supported. I submitted saves for gravity rush remastered, infamous second son and star ocean 4, but they still haven't updated their servers. Even though the games are supported in my region, my particular saves are not working. I am sure this is not difficult to fix and I am sure other people would benefit from it, but no resonse.

EU region I suppose. Can you provide the CUSAs you submitted?

Hi, I just checked

gravity rush remastered CUSA02318
infamous second son CUSA00263
star ocean integrity and faithlessness CUSA03219

ALL three of these games are supported and I have uploaded my save on their website and emailed them about adding these titles to the already supported list but they haven't done it yet.
