with and without levels
I'm going to do a test with the "no levels" and see what happens.

My game is CUSA01473 (disc base game)
I can not do re-region .... (SW not support .... I can not do export / import)
I downloaded the "mod pack".
The USA mod pack save is CUSA00078 ???
I did not understand it!!!!
The mod pack enhanced save is CUSA03946 ???

I'm not understanding anything!!!
