No since this is an EU saveset, and for this Dark Souls I don't believe there's Advanced Mode so the region can't be changed. You'd have to search for a US thread for this game. Search, within this PS4 Trophies and Game Saves forum, for, without quotes: "CUSA08692". I'm pretty sure we have at least one.

The Save Wizard cheats for this one let you max out almost every item in the game. I think the only exceptions are the majority of items used only for online purposes, since Save Wizard doesn't condone cheating online.
