I GOT IT FINALLY...Almost woke the house up celebrating. Fucking thing is done. Thank you so much for your tips. I tried an alternate save that had the Hartmann unlocked but it needed purchasing via the 46.5k from the arms dealer...I think that did the trick. Also the whole save transfer/ dlc was done offline do that may have also contributed

A Big Fat Party Animal is SUPPOSED to wake the whole house up celebrating! I mean it's kind of inferred in the trophy's name. Maybe THAT was your mistake; not wearing a party animal outfit IRL. Although the offline think makes perfect sense especially with a 2K game. Congratulations!
