Resign, load this save, beat final boss without changing difficulty and you'll get:
- Challenge [Gold] - Complete the game on Hard difficulty level without losing a single battle
- High Spirits [Gold] - Complete the game without ever getting low morale
- Hard Difficulty [Silver] - Complete the game on Hard difficulty
