Yes, they all pop at the same time.
Look, I've been on the leaderboard using Save Wizard and re-signed saves for 4 months (while it was bright as sun that I was cheating, like with trophies "Reach level 10, 25 and 50" at the same time).
I just got busted (and I don't care lol) because the time I spent to plat "Star Wars Jedi fallen Order" and "Color Slayer" was around 50 seconds each (thanks to the save you can find here).
According to me, obviously raises a lot more suspictions the fast time of achieving plat, but insta trophies are also suspicious obviously
