Here is semi save set for [EU] Uncharted 4 Digital Edition [CUSA04529]. Tested on my dummy account.
1. You must login or register and the post to view hidden content. This save is for Gift of Gab trophy (Listen to all optional conversations in game). Just talk to the dog on the pier.

2. You must login or register and the post to view hidden content. This save is for I Accidentally All the Guns trophy (Use every weapon in the game). Finish final #22 chapter and trophy will pop up.

3. You must login or register and the post to view hidden content. This save is for Lost Art of Journaling trophy (Find all Journal Entries). Collect the last entry on the table.

4. You must login or register and the post to view hidden content. This save is for Lost History trophy (Find All Journal Notes). Collect the last note near the dead pirate.

5. You must login or register and the post to view hidden content. This save is for Relic Finder trophy (Find the three strange relics). Use You must login or register to view this content. to find Strange Pendant.

I'm old and stupid too! In case you haven't seen it before, we do have a Re-Region Request thread, although I would encourage you to try it at least once - link to the guide is in the thread - before posting a request for it so that you get your re-regioned saves faster. It's simpler than you'd think.

I have tried to re region a couple of things and they failed miserably, me having major sight issues doesn't help. Rather than ask for someone to re region the one save I just plodded away and got the few treasures I needed, I just pointed out the save being a different region for the benefit of others.

Understood, and glad you wound up getting what you needed. I've been hoping more publishers offer more - and better - accessibility options for those who need it. Maybe in your case things like bigger subtitles might help for the subtitles, but what about the insanely small print on every other item of text in the game? Not to mention every other form of impairment, most of which continue to be neglected. For me, though, there's no "stupidity" accessibility option unfortunately.
