To easily obtain this trophy make sure you're on Version 1.00 of Darksiders 3 or else this method will not give you the trophy. So if you own the disc version and have the latest patch installed just delete the game, reinstall and don't download any updates. If you only own digital, you're kinda fucked. This save is just before the final boss. While fighting Envy when you're just about to kill her. Switch the difficulty to Apocalyptic and land the final blow. After that the trophy should pop.

You can also unlock the normal difficulty trophy with this save but it's a weird process. To unlock the Normal Mode trophy update the game to 1.03+ and let Envy kill you the first time you battle her. After that just kill her normally and the trophy should pop. Trust me I did alot of testing to get the Normal Mode trophy to pop. So enjoy the save game. I'm currently working on the Beast Mode trophy.
