CUSA02624 AVAILABLE!!!!!!!!
IMPORTANT!!!!! START THE GAME IN "LOCAL MODE" !!!!
INSTRUCTIONS AND LINK CUSA03005
1 - Resign the save with the savewizard, and start the game, in the main menu, DO NOT FORGET TO SELECT THE LOCAL MODE! (VERY IMPORTANT)
Select Continue Story, and End Level (Hypocenter).
He will earn collectible trophies (Walking Encyclopedia and Curator) and all trophies of outstanding difficulty, including Realistic.
2 - After this, you will be in the safehouse,
Go to the combat simulator and Easy difficulty, beat wave 1, and kill yourself, thus getting the trophy "For real this time".
3 - Proceed to the next mission, select class "1", where the XR-2 weapon lacks 4 kills for 650 and the secondary "48 Dredge" lacks 2 kills for 650, thus releasing the last camouflages.

At the beginning of the next mission, kill the soldiers with these weapons, and you will get the Doing Camo Right trophy if you do not already have it.
After completing this part, select exit and save, and go to the safehouse and you will get "Personal Decorator"

Then select safehouse again, and as soon as you load it will win the personal decorator trophy.
To win trophies of difficulty, including "realistic", just finish any quest on "easy", midway through checkpoints, win the "Curator" trophy.
For the Combat Training trophy, just follow the instructions in the previous save

2 - Enter the Safehouse
3 - Go to combat simulator
4 - Select customize equipment, and select the secondary weapon "BlackCell" and start combat simulator mode.
5 - In wave 3, destroy 2 aerial vants with BlackCell, and then kill yourself.
6 - Plin, Enjoy!

i downloaded the CUSA02290 FOR THE PERSONAL DECORATOR AND I RESIGN IT TO MY US SAVE AND FOLLOW THE GUIDE WENT TO SAFE HOUSE AND IT EITHER COMBAT AXE LOCKED OR ALREADY BOUGHT HELP ??
Merged your 2 posts to keep things a bit easier to read, and also hoping to help a bit. I haven't used these saves myself but they're newer uploads that have worked for others so I'm pretty sure we can get them to work for you.
The thing about Black Ops 3 is when you start up your campaign for the first time you have to select whether you're going to be saving your data online on the Black Ops 3 servers, or locally on your PS4. If you did what most people did and went with the online servers when you first got into the game, then especially if you're still online when trying to use this save file, it's going to create some conflicts between this save data and the save data stored on the servers. Again I haven't used the saves and I haven't touched the game itself in many years so I couldn't say exactly what might happen.
Here's what I would try: First make sure all of YOUR data is backed up onto a computer or at least a different USB stick. Then delete all the save data for Black Ops 3 off of your PS4. All of it, just to make sure. Then copy over this Black Ops 3 save data, obviously after you've resigned it. Make sure your PS4 is offline before starting up the game. Either disconnect it from the network in the PS4's settings (it's a simple box to uncheck) or do whatever else you normally do to disconnect it from the internet. Start up the game and go into campaign. I think it'll prompt you to confirm you want to go into local mode even though you're not even online, so confirm you want local mode. Load up the save. Then just follow whatever directions Diegoneo has for popping the trophy and make sure you follow them exactly. The trophy might take a few minutes to pop, but hopefully doing all of that with your save data will ensure the Combat Axe is available to be purchased.
For your first issue, looks like you got it sorted but WinRAR is free and all you need for ZIP and RAR files unless I'm missing something. It'll keep prompting you that it's expired but it will still let you use it.
