Load the save, press the touch pad to bring up the map and select the final coin cache. Pick it up and the trophy will pop.

Thank you! Worth noting tht this save has all kills trophies (headshots, knife etc.) done, so only one is needed for them to pop Claps

go playstation store on webrowser and check CUSA number and check if its the same cusa
