I would assume so - I see both posting on a lot of other threads. I haven't played the game yet so this idea may be completely off-base, but is there a profile save for Metro Exodus? I note there's only one save in the download. If there IS a profile save for the game, this could be one of those trophies that saves progress to a profile or other save file rather than the save file for that playthrough.
