By using a program called Save Wizard, which you can purchase for $60 US. It allows you to resign other peoples' saves to your own account as long it's the same CUSA (basically, same region but sometimes there are different CUSA codes in the same region), for a lot of your save games you'll be able to use the program to add cheats and whatnot, and for some of those games you'll be able to change the region of someone else's save to your own, like from EU to US. I've included a couple of links below that explain it in more detail and show you where you can purchase it.

Simples usando um programa pago chamado savewizard além de colocar código nos saves ele pode transformar saves de outras pessoas no seu save e assim ganhado os troféus.
