It works. I use it to get the “Collector Get 48 batteries†trophy and the platinum trophy. If you want “legit†timestamps use this save to get the 2 trophies that I got.
In other case, if you pick up only one battery, you will get the “Starting Get 12 batteries, A good amount Get 24 batteries and Collector Get 48 batteries†trophies at the same time, with only 2 or 3 seconds of difference in the trophy timestamp.
My recommendation is, play the game and get “Starting Get 12 batteries, A good amount Get 24 batteries†trophies in a legit way (you need one hour or maximum two hours). Then, use this save game to get “Collector Get 48 batteries†and the other trophies related to meet the unique type of robots in different levels.
