UPDATE: Added trophy BASKETCASE
Instruction: Load save, and speed time. Get emotion happy, and trophy will pop.

Since you mention that it's a RAR, be aware of a common mistake people make: Save Wizard cannot read RARs as is. You would need to extract the contents first, and look for a ZIP in the proper format or a CUSA folder in the proper format. You'll understand a bit better after looking through the above links, just be aware that while both are compressed files, a RAR and a ZIP are not equal in the eyes of Save Wizard.
