That's often the case with re-regioning. Since you can only re-region saves if there's Advanced Mode, that also means if there are no codes for a particular save file, there's no Advanced Mode for that save file either. Usually there are no codes for things like preferences and profile files, although there are certainly exceptions.
For this game specifically, only being in the same region will be possible to use.
Preferences and trophies can resign, so it will work for games in the same region.
I already did all the trophies (including Tomassi) but I can't get past the last part of the Polaris phase.
If I can platinum, I will make the save CUSA11461 available, as I believe it will help a lot for the miscellany trophies.

That's unfortunate. Do you have a save from before you did 15 side missions and before you did the ability upgrades? Meaning, saves before those trophies should have popped? If you don't have backups on a USB stick or a computer, note that if you used either Quick Mode or Advanced Mode on a save in Save Wizard, then SW will save a backup (it only keeps your most recent backups though). That doesn't apply to resigning saves.
If you can't find a way to pop those 2 trophies using a resigned save, you can try deleting your profile or initializing your PS4 in order to "unglitch" the way your PS4 is reading those trophies. This would only work if they're auto-popping trophies, or if you do have saves from right before the trophies should have popped.
First you'd want to get familiar with what those methods entail, because either one deletes a lot of data off your PS4, from saves to unsynced trophies. Initializing deletes more so might want to reserve that for if the trophy files are definitely glitched even after deleting your profile.
As part of backing up everything, sync any trophies on your PS4 that you want synced, because deleting your profile also deletes trophy information (which is the point, if you're trying to get past a glitch like this).
When you're ready, delete your profile from your PS4. Then sign right back into your profile. Sign out again before starting the game.
Put your saves back on your PS4. Unless you're also initializing your PS4, your games will still be on the system but nothing else, so copy anything back that you want (saves, screenshots, some themes too).
Then fire up the game, load your save and if you're lucky, the trophies that didn't pop before will auto-pop. Again, not many trophies are auto-popping trophies - meaning most trophies trigger when you do something specific rather than just popping as you load a save - but there are some exceptions. Sometimes things like ability trophies, level trophies, are among those. If you were able to find saves from before the trophies should have popped, you can also try loading them (after deleting / reinstalling your profile). If they didn't pop the trophies before you deleted the trophy information, due to a glitch, hopefully they would now.
