I have tested all saves on a dummy account but if there are any problems, please feel free to let me know and I'll do my best to help out.
Instructions are included in the .zip files.

I have split the file into two separate downloads due to its size.
Also make sure to delete all saves from the PS4 storage before uploading the next ones as there seems to be an issue with overwriting files with the same name. This is caused by the game's save file limit and I can't do anything about it.

But now the last one I need is Infiltration and for some reason I cannot get it to pop after waiting over 30 minutes and unlocking the skull :/
Any idea what should I do with this one?
If you just interact with the skull then you will unlock with a key. That's NOT the way to unlock the trophy.
Switch to Sebille, highlight the skull, press 'SQUARE' and choose the 'Pick lock' option.
