This save is for 'NBA Baller Supreme' & trust me, this is such a hard trophy to unlock, search online about it!
All you have to do is continue the NBA Season and win the last match on NBA Difficulty, if you lose, you probably will a few times lol, just copy it from your USB to the System, rinse and repeat until you win
And BOOOOM! Trophy will POP
NOTE: This will also unlock: Coast to Coast:
Win the NBA Season with 1 team from each conference

NOTE: SO USE AT YOUR OWN RISK!
