It works perfectly. Put both archives in a folder called CUSA05054 and resign with SaveWizard.

By "everything", what's meant is a CUSA folder (properly named, no text in the folder name, just the CUSA number, like "CUSA05054"), and inside the folder should be the PS4 save files which are just files with .bin extensions and the same file names but with no extensions. If you see text files then those are most likely instructions meant for you but they are not part of the save file. Use only the CUSA folder. If it's not in a ZIP and you prefer the Import method, then you need to ZIP the CUSA folder.
