I have yet to test these but i'm sure they work. Saves are labeled for easy use. Enjoy!!

A Warning
Load up the autosave, pause the game and go onto archives, put the last piece of the letter together and you will earn thr trophy:
A Warning (complete the torn letter)
All You Need Is Axe
Load up the autosave and simply stealth Joseph 3 times with the axe only without using anything else to distract him. You will earn
All You Need Is Axe (defeat Joseph without any electronics/noise makers)
Clutch (Kill 2 or more enemies with a single trap)
Load up the autosave, there will be traps on the floor outside the door a haunted will shortly burst through, there will also be 2 more haunteds and another trap floor inside that door, simply lure 2 or more enemies onto the trap floor and kill them with it to earn the trophy:
A Piece Of My Path (collect all Personnel Documents)
Load up the save and pick up the item from the rocking chair. You will earn the trophy:
A Different Beggining (complete chapter 1)
Proceed a little bit further and you'll get to the end of chapter 1. Simply activate the elevator then hide. Play a little game of hide and seek while the power restores. If you're having trouble then use this guide:

Doctor's Notes (collect all Research Documents)
Once loaded proceed down the stairs untill you reach the double doors that automatically open. Right in front of the door, to your left is the last research document on top of the cabinet.
Not As It Seems (complete chapter 2)
Load up the autosave, run away from shadow man and avoide the claws, once complete you will earn the trophy:
Not Afraid Of The Dark (complete the game in Kurayami Mode)
Same as Not As It Seems (complete chapter 2) just harder!
The Trophy for Prank Call needs to be done by you. Can be done very early on in chapter 1
The Consequence
You must login or register and the post to view hidden content.
None More Dark (Clear The Consequence in KURAYAMI Mode.)
The Executioner
You must login or register and the post to view hidden content.
This save is for you to play through the DLC again with unlimited ammo and achieve the trophies with ease. Must start NG+.

I'm not too sure. I only did testing to the point of what I needed to have done.

Here's a solution although it's a bit time-consuming and would use up a second slot on your SW account: Create another profile on your PS4. I use one for testing purposes anyway, never care about or even sync the trophies, so this would be perfect for that. Resign this save to that new profile, although it means using up a second SW slot. But also means you now have a way to test out resigned saves on your PS4 before using them on your real account. Get this save how you want it, beating it to get to NG+ in this instance. Then resign it to your main profile. Voila.
