Needs to be tested but there is a continue button which brings you right after the last boss which is a pile of meat by jumping in it you complete the game so might be able to get the 2 campaign trophies with it + the credits trophy

as this is a victory road game, and the last three all had cheats that didnt disable trophies, has anyone got a clue if this one has the same?
