I'm including my Veteran save everything is completed on the highest difficulty. if you resume it's set on easy mode on the last mission
with 44 Intels already collected you'll unlock the 45/45 Intel Trophy once you collect the last one before getting on the boat

No this save is set on easy I had to delete My OG Vet save since Immortal trophy didn't pop on my 2nd run
I do still have the Vet save on my PC if you want to try it out. I can't guarantee if the trophy will unlock for completing the game on Vet
Most likely you'll get the 45/45 Intel trophy though
