There seemed to be a lot of people on this thread that couldn't re-region and there seems to be a lack of EU saves for collecting all bots and chameleons for each world. I have changed these saves to EU and they worked perfectly for me. PSN is ross2816 if you'd like to check my trophy list and see I have them. Instructions and saves are in the download link below.

There are already EU saves for all bots, toys and challenges so I have not re-regioned them. If you have completed the game yourself then there is now a complete platinum EU save set available on NGU.
