Just pick up the file in the save room before fighting final stage Nemesis, then after beating final stage nemesis, climb up the ladder head towards the door but do not go pass it, there should be the final note on the ground and you should get the Trophy.

READ!! (also dont open the item box if you want the minimalist trophy as well! Jill has the Rocket already equipped, also Jill's health can't be drained, meaqning she doesn't take damage during hits so you basically can't die BUT she can die if you push in the Batteries while Final stage nemesis is alert in Combat! he'll grab animation one-shot you so make sure you hit his weak spots and knock him down! before pushin in the batteries.)
