Are the profile saves needed for trophies like Survivor (75 streak kills without dying) ?

I am quite sure is needed as when you check the status will be with the profile and by the way, all Naughty games require the profile save but you can try.

I am unable to re-region the profile saves, so I guess it's not possible?
