Do a barrel roll!
For the Sheriff's Badge
Load game in the main menu, then hit triangle (execute plan).
You'll also get Five Good Shots - last story trophy.
With platinum save you can't get any trophy.

Try to make a save before the kill.
Wait 5-10 seconds after kill, retry 3 times.
It was a pain doing trophy, 'coz game counts it badly. I've passed through the list 4 times. And trophy popped on the target, which one I certainly killed more then 10 times, including walkthrough, medals & trophy kills runs.
That's why I was unable to do the save.
Maybe killing other target would work.
Anyway trophy is fast & easy, only 2-3 missions take time to do the kill. Just save/wait/reload on every kill to make in through one run.

Unfortunately it seems the trophies do not pop easily with a plat save.
For example, for the 1000 kill trophy, it seems it only pops when it goes from 999 to 1000. I tried several times with the resigned plat save in multiple levels to kill some more enimies, nothing pops.
It seems all the trophy progress is recorded in the save already. I also tried to do the "Sorry Dad" trophy with your plat save in the pre-sequence level, and it did not pop. Then I switched back to my original save, it popped.
But Thanks anyway for the 90 badges trophy save, I will try it out later
