1. Before you start the game you have to disconnect your internet connection.
2. Wait in the menu until the Platinum pop.

Bonus:
If you have the PlayStation 5 it is possible to get double platinum.
The platinum trophy appeared automatically when I started the game on the PS5.
(However, you first need the platinum on the PS4)

Thanks for the post can confirm it works as I have tested on 3 accounts just read instructions as for ps5 version will test soon

You are welcome.

For the PS5 instant Plat you need first to sync the PS4 Platinum.
And on PS5 you have to be online, start the game and the Plat will come instant I think.

You're welcome.

I have the PS4/PS5 version from the german Playstation Store with the region code [CUSA01788].
It worked here 100%.

I don't know if a re region will work.

Yes exactly, all trophies come in the main menu.
