You need a program called Save Wizard, which can "resign" the saves to your account. It can also, for many games but not all, add cheats to your save games. I've included a couple of links below which should show you where you can buy Save Wizard and how to use it, including how to resign a save so that you can use someone else's save on your account.

There isn't anything else Save Wizard is the only working save resigner for the Ps4 and there is no cracked/free version of it
So if you want to use this game save you would need to resign it with that if not then i guess you just need to do it without game save
