For the base game you will have to play all the missions through for their respective trophies, but all the misc work and tedious gold brick collection has been done for you. Enjoy everyone!

Hey everybody, sorry to say I don't know exactly which trophies would pop with the save. I merely posted it the moment I 100% the game figuring some stuff would work and others wouldn't.
I imagine doing things like getting True Avengers in one missions and then exit + saving would make the trophies for those pop.
Characters I really can't say much, I have no idea what you could do. Maybe try creating a character on the Shield Helicarrier and pray it for some reason makes the game re-look at the char. list.
There are some trophies that by nature you have to do on your own, but most are easy enough.
You should be able to witness the 100% stud fountain though - and since this game doesn't have a trophy for Gold Bricks - they're only needed for the Stud Fountain, it can save you 10-20 hours of grind there. Sorry I can't be of much more help but I hope some of you are getting stuff done with the save
