Not sure if this has been mentioned yet but I found a workaround for this that works for the US.
1. Use save wizard to reassign the file.
2. backup your save file from your ps4 to usb or online storage
3. Delete ALL save files from ps4 for MGSV
4. copy the EU ver. you just reassigned to your ps4.
5. a screen will come up asking you to do the brightness etc as if you don't have a save file. It will say creating a save the file. it will then say another ver has been found would you like to import.
scroll to the EU ver and select it.
6. The screen will change and then say a lot of download content unavailable just it ok a bunch of times.
7. at main screen hit continue and poof collector trophy
i assume this may work for other trophies but I haven't tried it only with collector

it doesn't work for me, actually i copied MGSV save data from ps4 to usb flash drive and the folder that i copied contains a folder named "sce_sys" and many files like "MGO_GAME_DATA0" not only two files as in the zip file you upload, forgot to mention that i have jailbroken 9.00 PS4 and the game version is 01.02
