[Currently talking about original game because im missing dlc feedback on trophies]
Spending 2 secs to talk about legit trophies: THESE 2 TROPHIES CAN LEGITIMATELY POP TOGETHER and often are.
Thats because there is only a small difference about them: Real platinum god requires you to find all the item included "the lost" one, the other one requires all the item except them.

I'm wondering something: I'm playng Rebirth (NOT Afterbirth or Afterbirth+) and only need the two trophies mentioned here. I tried resigning this save and loading it but my game doesn't find it. Where/how did you save this? What game version did you have and which game? Cause I have Rebirth 1.08 which is the latest and still can't load it so I am guessing you got Afterbirth and saved it there, meaning it's kinda useless for anyone running Rebirth. Can you confirm any of this?
EDIT:
This works for REbirth only users. I had to load the save again for some reason. Just keep trying and it will work (if you resign it ofc)!

Make sure you are using the right region of the game this is an EU save so it wouldn't work on the US game
