You have one last easy sphere stage to do(4 orbs and 12 coins), getting gold will pop No way? No Way! and just getting silver will pop nothing.

This makes the hardest most time consuming trophy in the game a piece of cake.

Just tested it out and it'll only get me No way? No way! It's a shame too because I'm the one who uploaded the Full Medal Jacket save before and I can't manage to beat the last stage I need to for the trophy. It's the one that's just jumps and left turns but it makes you top out your speed and that always ruins me.

Ah yes the course that's closer to a one way zig zag and you have to have timed jumps over the bumpers so you snag the blue orbs or ring. I watched a video and after an hour or so I got the gold medal for that course. You have to jump as soon as you hear the sound effect from the first blue orb changing and all your jumps should be timed perfectly. The ending for that orb stage is indeed hard because it messes up the pace you established for all the other orbs. But hey now you don't need to go out of your way to collect the rings which will foul most people up in the end and you can just focus in on the orbs.

Scratch that. Finally got it after several dozen tries. I noticed if you time your jumps right the stage I just mentioned is a gimmie gold medal too. You're right that it's all down to the sound of picking up the spheres to time your jumps, but those left turns at high speeds. So many left turns... It's the Nascar of Sonic stages.

Now the save wizard cheat that grants all chaos emeralds, does that pop the trophy? Because I already have all 7 and the chaos emeralds are the last collectible that would probably need a save. Then again they're not really hard to beat.

I'm a couple emeralds away from the trophy so I'll upload my save right after I snag the next one.

the ''Full Metal Jacket'' didn't pop
anyone know what to do?

I said in the OP that it would just pop Full metal jacket and that I made changes to the description after someone tested it.
