On Amazon.com there is a deal available where you can get the PS4, one year of PS Plus and Battlefield 4; this costs $500. Now I know that the PS4 will work here and if I was to buy a PS4 game here in Australia it would work because the PS4 is region-free, but will the PS Plus work? Or would I need a US PSN account? If it doesn't work I would just buy the PS4 and Battlefield 4 on Amazon and buy the PS Plus online

i imagine they they you a psn code that for your PS+ im guessing you just redeem the code on the store for your PS+ try phoning sony for a question??

You'll need a US Account in order for the PS Plus to work and to download map packs and such for Battlefield 4, you'll also need a US Account. You could buy the bundle without the PS Plus, but in order to download extra content, you'll need to buy US PSN Cards. Hope this helps
