People need to know that PS4 will have even more exclusives than the Xbox One, even if they didn't announce that much like the Xbox One did on the E3. So, I think that Sony should announce their exclusives a little bit earlier in order to get the peoples attention.

And the free PS+ month and releasing the console first than the Xbox One could work too Smile

Well said, I'm a Xbox user switching to Sony. I mean I would be an idiot to stick with Microsoft. Over the years I spent a shit load of money on controllers, batteries, accessories, games and membership/points. I've always been a user of both but have preferred Xbox just because of the community and being able to join games late at night with people with mics and being able to join Xbox live parties. That was the only reason I was an Xbox user. Now that Sony is having party chat and it seems like the community is going to grow even more then I'm permantely sticking with Sony, they actually care about their customers more then Microsoft it seems. With Sony I've gotten so much free stuff like games and other stuff with PS+ and with my Xbox membership I've gotten nothing but a $60 loss.

I don't say a whole free month, maybe like a 48 hour trial with the purchase of the system or something like that would fit the situation.

They could do plenty of things. Changing the Release Date is a good call as you've said, also the Official Bundles. They could do what some said that is for the users getting it in the first wave to get 1 month free of PS+ to check the Service if they don't know about it. They could include the PSEye in the Pre-Orders for free.
I'm sure they are thinking a good move that will put them right at the very top again and not be just above Micro$oft.

A lot of people have never used ps+ so this would give them a little taster.

If Microsoft drops X1 price to 399, Sony should drop their price to 299 as well Happy

They should make 3 different controller sizes (small, medium, and large) so that everyone is happy, and medium size is the one included in every PS4 console.
