I am just saying they dont want server hold down so they may just reset unused accounts and banned accounts like xbox did.

PSN does transfer over for a start, no if about it. If your account is banned from PSN then it'll most probably be banned on the PS4 too since it's the same servers, but you never know just have to wait and find out.

The account will probably be banned on the PS4. But, if there are new servers then the accounts shouldn't be banned. They will reset unused accounts, yes.

If they did unban account which I doubt they will my ps3 would be whole agian
