I am just saying they dont want server hold down so they may just reset unused accounts and banned accounts like xbox did.

I think it's pretty much obvious that you will be, I don't see them unbanning people just for the PS4

But wont they just reset the old banned accounts as well? Most of the bans were directed to the ps3. I honestly hope they just reset everything and start fresh.

It might be that you just have to make a new account, all depends on the terms of service and the EULA of the ps4 and PSN

I don't see why they would to be honest, people banned obviously broke the T&C I doubt they'd be like "okay, he broke the rules let's unban him for Ps4"

test your account on a psvita, that will hold your answer, but im 99% sure that you will be.
