Why do you dislike the video? White boy brings up a good point, and if people can't easily use a capture device then anybody who uploads any type of videos (from a gaming console) will have no reason to get a PS4.

HDCP is mandated for Bluray capable devices, XB1 and PS4 having Bluray drives means they will enforce HDCP. This means that if Microsoft has HDMI only then they will also have HDCP protection so it wouldn't matter. Plus, like the guy a above said with the video, there's ways to legally get around it and have the quality be exactly the same so it doesn't matter.
