This guy has no idea what he is talking about, we haven't seen what Sony is gonna do, maybe it just takes a tweet to ask them about it, and the record feature will most likely be good enough to throw away those capture devices, killzone shadow fall gameplay was recorded directly from PS4, same with infamous and much more, and if they were to drop all cap cards, they wouldn't simply allow you to record for less than 4 hours, they would allow to record for more than enough time.
