So, I go back to the PS3 to check to see if friends I add over the 100 friend mark show up on the PS3. They do. But, whenever I go to see my friend that is on the PS4, it shows him as last online 4 days ago. On the PS4 you can see your PS3 friends, but its almost like you're a ghost. You can see them but they can't see you.

Will there be a patch/update in the near future for PSN or the PS3?

No ps4 users don't show at the bottom like the vita, the vita says when there on ps4, but on the ps3 when the user is on his ps4 the ps3 will not show the user like he's deleted you,

Are you 100% sure, I had about 8 people at the bottom of my list yesterday and im sure they haven't all got vitas.

the first day the ps4 came out i, my vita showed 2 people on ps4, when i checked my psn list they wasnt there at all like they deleted me,

ill check again later when the americans wake up

they don't show up on my ps3 either, i had a friend sending me text messages, she also sent 3-4 video message that shows up as a blank text message... i quickly wrote back and asked if she was smoking crack for sending me continuous blank messages. then it dawned on me she must have the ps4. on the bottom of the messages it says "sent from a device other than a PS3"... i checked on her profile and it shows her last log in around 4-5 days ago, which is BS because i was talking to her at the time. at least with the vita you know.... with the PS4 its a guessing game until they patch it to show the new system.

Sony have stated months ago that ps4 and ps vita to ps3 will be text only, no pics voice or videos..

Same as applies to the app and ps3

i do not get that on mine , maybe due to my internet atm got sky unlimited and lucky if i get 1.5mbs takes like 10 mins to show all my friends on my friend list ha

I got the same, put your ps3 in dmz and it'll sort it out a little

Yeh I'm friends with a guy on ps4, he shows at the bottom for me but his avatar doesn't load unless you view profile
